1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1/2 cup fresh or frozen black cherries
1/2 banana
1 cup skim, soy, rice, or almond milk
Ice to taste

Fat: 1 g

Calories from Fat: 10
Mix all ingredients in blender and blend until creamy.
